What is an arrangement to pay?
Also referred to as a repayment plan or debt management plan, an arrangement to pay is an agreement between a credit card holder (that’s you) and their creditor (that’s us) to repay outstanding debt in a structured manner, typically over an extended period.
How does an arrangement to pay work?
Typically, we’ll work together on a revised repayment plan that’s affordable for you. We’ll also freeze interest and membership fees during the arrangement, to stop your debt from growing.
How can I set up an arrangement?
Pop us a message in the app, and we’ll ask you a few questions to understand your situation and discuss what kind of arrangement might best suit you. Once we’ve come to an agreement, we’ll send you confirmation of your new arrangement.
How does an arrangement affect credit scores?
We do need to report arrangements to the UK credit bureaus, which may negatively impact your credit score. So you know, an arrangement will stay on your credit file for 6 years.
