Updated over a week ago

What is an arrangement to pay?

Also known as a repayment plan or debt management plan, an arrangement to pay is an agreement between you (the credit card holder) and us (the creditor) to repay your outstanding debt in a structured way, usually over a longer period.

How does an arrangement to pay work?

We’ll work together to create a repayment plan that fits your budget. During the arrangement, we’ll freeze interest and membership fees to prevent your debt from growing further.

How can I set up an arrangement?

Just send us a message through the Yonder app. We’ll ask a few questions to understand your situation and discuss the best repayment plan for you. Once agreed, we’ll confirm your new arrangement in writing.

How does an arrangement affect my credit score?

We are required to report repayment arrangements to UK credit reference agencies, which may negatively impact your credit score. Arrangements typically stay on your credit file for 6 years.
