What happens if a Yonder member passes away?
What happens if a Yonder member passes away?

We know making arrangements following a death can be overwhelming and difficult. We are here to help make it as simple as we can.

Letting us know what’s happened

Our support team will help locate their account. To do this, we will need information such us:

  • Full name on the account

  • Date of birth

  • Email address, phone number or address registered to the account

  • Account number (if available)

We will also need a copy of the Death Certificate (a clear scan or photo will do). If the Death Certificate is not in English we may require further documents but our Support team will inform you of this.

If they had an outstanding balance on their Yonder Card

If they owed us money, our Support Team will be able to discuss the options available, including whether we can write-off or settle the balance.

If they had invested in our crowdfund

If the person who’s died invested in our crowdfund, you’ll need to contact Seedrs to discuss their shares in Yonder. You can contact them at [email protected]

Other places that can help
