Letting us know what's happened
To begin, please email [email protected] so we can locate the member’s account. We’ll need the following information:
Full name on the account
Date of birth
Email address, phone number, or address linked to the account
Account number (if available)
We’ll also need a copy of the Death Certificate (a clear photo or scan is fine). If the certificate isn’t in English, we may require additional documentation but our support team will guide you through this.
If they had an outstanding balance
If the Yonder member had an outstanding balance on their card, our support team will discuss your options. This may include writing off or settling the remaining balance, depending on the circumstances.
If they were a Crowdfund investor
If the member had invested in Yonder through our crowdfund, please contact Seedrs to manage their shares: [email protected]
