Here’s a guideline outlining key steps to take if you suspect you’ve been targeted by a scam and protect yourself and your information:

  • Block your card: If you think you’ve shared your card details or entered them on a suspicious website, the first step is to block your card. You can easily secure your card through the Yonder app.

  • Checks: Take a moment to review what happened. Did you receive a message with warning signs advising you not to provide this information if you are speaking to someone over the phone? Was it an advertisement you clicked on, but now the merchant's name looks different? Look for spelling or grammar errors in any text or email, and check if the email domain matches what the merchant provided.

  • Contact Yonder: If you believe you’re a target or victim of a scam, please contact us right away so we can secure your account. You can reach us through the chat in your Yonder App or email us at [email protected].
