If you’ve set up Autopay or a Direct Debit to repay your Yonder balance, don’t worry, these won’t be affected by any top-up activity on your account.
Autopay will always draw the amount that’s outstanding on your bill, and never more than that.
Here’s what to expect based on your autopay setting:
Full Amount
The full amount due will be collected as usual.
If you top-up your account before the repayment is taken, your top-up will go towards your bill.
The Direct Debit will still go through, but any overpayment will be credited to your top-up balance.
Fixed Amount
The set amount will be debited as usual, regardless of your top-up balance.
Minimum Amount
Only the minimum due will be collected, and this will continue as normal.
