I think my card has been compromised

If you believe your card has been compromised, we’re here to help.

Freeze Your Card

The first thing to do is freeze your card to prevent any further transactions.

  • Head to the Membership tab in your app.

  • Tap on Freeze Card.

This will temporarily block your card from being used while we investigate.

Start a chat with our support team.

  • Let us know what happened and why you think your card may be compromised.

  • We’ll look into it right away and guide you through the next steps.
