Changing address and/or mobile number

You can amend your address in the Yonder app by.

To do this:

  1. Tap on the person icon on the top right on your home screen

  2. Go to Personal Details

  3. Tap your address and/or mobile number

☝️ You need to ensure you're on the latest version of our app AND have biometrics set up on your phone.

* Biometrics is either a passcode, fingerprint or face ID set up to open your device 😊

Please note that we do not currently accept non-UK mobile numbers.

It won't let me update my address/phone number
