How to change your personal details

Changing your address or mobile number

You can update your address and mobile number directly in the app. Here's how:

  1. Tap the person icon in the top right of your home screen

  2. Go to Personal Details

  3. Tap on your address and/or mobile number to make changes

Important:

  • Make sure you're using the latest version of the Yonder app

  • You’ll need biometrics set up on your phone (face ID, fingerprint, or passcode)

We currently do not support non-UK mobile numbers.


Can’t update your address in the app?

You can email us at [email protected] with a PDF copy of one of the following documents showing your full name and new address:

  • A bank statement (with at least two transactions from the past 3 months)

  • A recent utility bill (within the last 3 months)

  • Council tax statement

  • Driving licence (you can also send a photo via chat)

  • A letter from your GP

Can’t update your mobile number?

Start a chat in the app and send us:

  • Your old number

  • Your new number

We’ll handle the update for you.


Changing your name

To update your name, email [email protected] with a PDF copy of one of the following:

  • Driving licence (you can also send a photo via chat)

  • Valid passport

  • Marriage certificate

  • Witnessed deed poll or statutory declaration

  • Divorce decree absolute


Changing your email address

To update your email, start a chat in the app with the email address you'd like this changed to and our team will guide you through the next steps.
