What happens if my rent payment fails?

If your scheduled payment fails because you didn't have enough funds in your Yonder account, you will need to contact member support where they can manually retry the payment for you.

To avoid failed payments, make sure your Yonder account is funded before your scheduled payment date. You'll receive a notification 24–48 hours beforehand if your balance is too low.
