Open the Yonder app and go to Account or Membership.
Tap the rent and mortgage card and choose Get started.
Choose whether you're paying rent or a mortgage.
Tell us how much you pay, how often, and the date of your next payment.
Tell us which of your own bank accounts the money should come from (credit customers only)
Enter your landlord's, agent's or lender's bank details.
Check the summary and tap Confirm and set up.
You'll see both dates on screen before you confirm: when we'll collect the money from your bank, and when we'll send it on.
One last thing: remember to cancel the standing order or Direct Debit you've been using. Timing matters, so check when your first Yonder payment is before you do.
