Three days before your rent or mortgage payment date, or five working days before if we're collecting by Direct Debit. You'll see both dates in the app when you set up, and any time after that on your rent and mortgage screen.
We deliberately leave a gap so that if anything goes wrong with the collection, there's still time to sort it out before your rent is due.
