Go to your rent and mortgage screen, tap Manage, then Turn off. We'll ask you to confirm.
Any money we're holding for your rent or mortgage stays yours. Turning off doesn't send it anywhere, and it isn't lost. You can withdraw it back to your own bank account from your rent and mortgage screen whenever you like.
If you're a credit customer, we'll also stop collecting the money from your bank account, so nothing more will be taken.
Remember to set up another way of paying your rent or mortgage, because we'll stop sending it.
