There's no end date on your rent or mortgage payments, so they carry on until you turn them off.
If you're moving out, your tenancy is ending, or you've made your final mortgage payment, turn it off yourself. Go to your rent and mortgage screen, tap Manage, then Turn off.
Do it before your next payment is due. We've no way of knowing when your tenancy ends or when your mortgage is paid off, so if you leave it switched on we'll keep sending the money.
If a payment has already gone out that shouldn't have, get in touch and we'll help you try to get it back. We can't promise it, though, so it's much easier to turn it off in time.
