There are no monthly membership fee charges if you're on a free membership with us.
For a full membership plan, once you've onboarded you can decide whether to continue paying £15 a month or change to a one-off payment of £160 a year.
Our membership fees are non-refundable, except if you made an annual payment and your agreement with us is ending:
by us, without giving you any reason or
by you, if you don't wish to accept a change we made to our credit agreement and you've let us know you'd like to end your agreement with us within the stated time period
You'll be charged an amount equivalent to the monthly membership fee for each month before the agreement ends and the balance of the annual membership fee will be credited to your account.
