The best way to make a claim is via your Yonder app.
You can do this by going to the travel insurance page in your Yonder app (tap on “Membership” in your home screen, then scroll down and tap “Worldwide family travel insurance”). If you’re unable to use the app, you can also make a claim online at yonder.qover.com
Your claim will be processed by Qover who will then contact you with either your claim outcome or request additional information or documentation
If your claim is declined, Qover will let you know why. If you decide to reject the claim decline, you can raise a complaint with the Complaints Team, who will arrange an investigation on your behalf. This can be done online at https://yonder.qover.com/complaints. Please have a look at the Terms and Conditions for complete information.
