How do I make a claim?

An outline of the process and what you’ll need as evidence

The best way to make a claim is via your Yonder app.

  1. Start a claim in-app: You can do this by going to the travel insurance page in your Yonder app (tap on “Membership” in your home screen, then scroll down and tap “Worldwide family travel insurance”).

    If you’re unable to use the app, you can also make a claim online at yonder.qover.com

  2. Upload documents: To process your claim, you’ll need to upload documents that show what happened and any costs you paid (e.g. receipts or booking confirmations)

    At the moment, you can only upload one file. We know this isn’t ideal and we’re working to improve it. For now, please combine all your documents into a single file before uploading.

    Tip: Most phones let you scan multiple pages into one PDF using the Notes app.

  3. Qover will process your claim: Qover will contact you with either your claim outcome or request additional information or documentation. Please note that Qover will not be able to refund into your Yonder Top-Up account.

  4. If your claim is declined, Qover will let you know why. If you decide to reject the claim decline, you can raise a complaint with the Complaints Team, who will arrange an investigation on your behalf. This can be done online at https://yonder.qover.com/complaints. Please have a look at the Terms and Conditions for complete information.
