How do I change the date my autopayment is taken?

If you’ve got Instant Autopay set up

If you're repaying weekly, you can choose which day of the week the payment is made. To change it:

  1. Tap the person icon in the top-right corner of your home screen

  2. Scroll to Manage autopay

  3. Tap Weekly twice and select your preferred day


If you don’t have Instant Autopay set up (Direct Debit)

If you have a direct debit set up, we’ll need to make the change for you. Just start a chat with up in the app.

Couple of things to note:

  • Let us know either the date you want your final bill to be generated or

  • The date you want your payment to leave your bank account
