Setting up autopay is a great way to pay your bill on time and stay in control of your spending. Autopay could contribute to helping build your credit score when managed well.
Getting started
From your home screen, tap on the person icon on the top-right hand
Scroll to Manage autopay
Select Set up Autopay.
Review the information and tap Sweet, I’m in to continue.
You’ll then be asked to confirm your:
First name and last name
Sort code
Account number
Your billing address will be filled in automatically based on your account information.
💡 Need to update your address information?
Head back to your profile
Tap Personal Details
Tap your address
If your bank supports Faster Payments, you’ll see a small Instant Autopay label next to your account number.
💡 Instant autopay means we'll receive your payment the day your autopayment starts processing.
Don't see the label? It means we'll receive your payment in 5 working days from the processing date
When everything looks correct, tap Continue.
Please make sure the bank account is in your name. We cannot accept payments from third-party or business accounts.
Choosing your payment frequency
You can select either weekly or monthly autopay.
You'll be asked to select the day of the week you'd like us to process your autopayment if you choose weekly.
Deciding how much you'd like to pay
Depending on your selected frequency, you’ll see different payment options:
Payment amount | Weekly | Monthly |
Pay full balance | ✅ | ✅ |
Pay a fixed amount | ❌ | ✅ |
Pay minimum due | ❌ | ✅ |
Once you’ve chosen your amount and confirmed the details, your autopayment is all set up.
