These holds can remain on your account for up to 30 days before they’re automatically released.
They are pending transactions, so they won’t appear on your billing statement unless the merchant finalises the charge.
You’ll usually receive a notification once the hold is lifted.
What if 30 days have passed?
If the transaction still shows as pending, please reach out to us through the app so we can look into it.
If the transaction has been fully charged and you believe this is incorrect, you should contact the merchant first directly to resolve it.
