To activate your Yonder travel insurance, you need to pay for at least one core part of your trip with your Yonder card before your trip starts.
This means paying the full bill for:
Main transport
Accommodation
Rental car
Any required deposits for the above
Quick rule of thumb
If it’s a core booking that forms the main part of your trip (accommodation, main transport, or rental car) it will likely count
If it’s an add-on, upgrade, or local connection, it doesn’t
Remember that cancellation cover only applies to unused travel, accommodation and activities paid for with your Yonder card.
What are some examples?
