Qover administers the insurance policy and claims on behalf of the insurer, certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, London.

International SOS
International SOS provide 24/7 emergency medical and travel assistance while you’re abroad.
If you have a serious illness or accident while travelling, please contact International SOS as soon as possible.
They can help you with:
Medical advice over the phone
Finding local hospitals or doctors
Arranging medical treatment or hospital admission
Emergency evacuation or repatriation if required
Guaranteeing hospital payments in some cases
