Can my partner make a claim on my card?

Updated over a week ago

You're able to claim for your spouse/legal partner or beneficiaries however, the claim must be made by You, the cardholder.

A "partner" refers to your spouse or legal partner, including couples in a common-law relationship living permanently at the same address.
When making a claim, you may be asked to provide proof of relationship such as:

  • Marriage or civil partnership

  • Proof that you live at the same address such as mortgage agreements, tenancy agreements, utility bills or other official forms of ID with addresses such as driving licenses

  • Evidence that you share financial responsibilities such as a joint bank account, or bills in both names

All claims are subject to T&C's. Help with how to make a claim here.
