I've already made a payment but my autopayment is still processing?

Once your autopayment has begun processing, any payments made during this time don't adjust the balance that's currently pending.

My autopayment hasn't yet left my bank account

You may still be able to cancel this within your Yonder app.

  • Tap the person icon on the top-right hand of your home screen

  • Scroll to 'Manage autopay' and follow the on-screen instructions

My autopayment has left my bank account

The payment will go towards your upcoming bill. If your balance is less than the amount that has left your account, the remaining payment will place your account in credit.

If you'd prefer a refund to your bank account, send us a message in your app and we'll do a quick security check. Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to process.
