Any one-off or bank transfer payments made toward your bill while your autopayment is already processing won’t adjust or cancel the scheduled autopayment, and it will still go through as planned.
My autopayment hasn’t left my bank account yet. Can I cancel it?
You may still be able to cancel it from within your app. Here’s how:
Tap the person icon in the top-right of the home screen
Scroll to Manage autopay
Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel
My autopayment has already left my bank account - what now?
If the payment has already been processed:
It will be applied to your upcoming bill
If you’ve already paid off your full balance, the autopayment will be added to your top-up balance.
Can I get a refund?
Yes - if you’d prefer your top-up amount returned to your bank account, just send us a message through the app.
We’ll complete a quick security check, and refunds typically take 5–7 working days to process.
